It is renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study, based on continued satisfactory academic performance.

Eligibility Criteria

International students who have overcome various obstacles and challenges as well as those from diverse and underrepresented global and socio-economic backgrounds.
A minimum 3.8 GPA (or equivalent) out of 4.0.
A demonstrated commitment to leadership, volunteering, community service, and advancing the needs of people in their home country.
Students whose parents are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
Students who have a demonstrated financial need.
Proficiency in English, as evidenced by a TOEFL iBT score of 95 or higher, an IELTS score of 7.0 or higher, or similar standardized test scores.
