Carleton University, located in Ottawa, Canada, offers several prestigious Scholarships of Excellence to high-achieving international students. You will be considered for a prestige scholarship only if you are entering Carleton directly from high school or CEGEP. Full Tuition Coverage: This prestigious award covers full tuition fees for up to four years of undergraduate study, provided the recipient maintains a minimum GPA of 10.0 (on a 12.0 scale) each academic year.

A renewable award of CAD 30,000, distributed as CAD 7,500 per year for four years of undergraduate study.

Eligibility Criteria
